FROG has become the structure in our household for setting up our day and our week. Whilst I used my own routines before it was challenging to communicate that with my daughter who needed something she could remember and use. She loves FROG and easily remembers what each letter stands for. Her favourite is “ForMe” which she fills first and that’s the whole point. A structure that ensures we take care of ourselves first. ❤️

    Before doing this course and working with Amy I had given up setting goals because I just couldn’t make it happen. Now I have a proven structure, and most important for me I have Amy here when I start to get off track, with things like procrastination or self sabotage, to help me discover the unconscious patterns going on inside of me that have always held me back. I am so so grateful for the changes in my life now that I can set goals and know that I will achieve them ❤️
